We kindly ask you to read this guide carefully to ensure a smooth and harmonious stay for you—and for others.

Schedule & Check-in/Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM sharp

Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €25 per person, subject to availability. Please request in advance.

  • Breakfast: 8:00 – 10:00 AM

  • Restaurant: 1:30 – 3:30 PM | 8 – 10 PM

Please reserve meals or experiences at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are non-refundable.

Tourist tax

€2 per person per night, up to 5 days

Cleaning & Linen

  • Full room service, towels, and linen are changed every 3 days

  • Daily towel change available upon request: €25/day

  • A light daily check is done: towels left on the floor will be replaced and charged accordingly (€25)

Air Conditioning & Resources

  • Please turn off the A/C when leaving your suite

  • Keep doors and windows closed while in use

  • Please do not dispose of paper, wipes, or makeup remover wipes in the toilet under any circumstances.

As we are located in a remote area where water and electricity resources are limited, we kindly invite you to use the fan and/or open the windows whenever possible, and to help us conserve water during your stay.

Suite Etiquette

  • Eating inside the suites is not permitted

  • Please help us protect this rural paradise: food crumbs attract ants and wildlife

  • Smoking is not allowed indoors, only in designated outdoor areas. Fees may apply

Children

  • Children of all ages are accepted, supervised by parents.

  • Additional charges apply for extra beds when staying in the room with parents.

Pets

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome

  • Must be on leash at all times

  • Not permitted in the restaurant or the common pool area

  • €30/day cleaning supplement applies

Pool Use

  • Shower required before entering the pool to remove sunscreen, tanning products and other residues, helping to prevent contamination of the water.

  • No pets allowed in the pool area

  • The pool is shared. Please be mindful of others

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area.

Discretion & Respect

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Please avoid loud noises or disturbances at all times

  • External visitors are not permitted without prior approval
