Our chef
Uriel Rayón is a Mexican chef with over 12 years of experience in fine dining, restaurant openings, and culinary concept development. His cuisine blends contemporary technique, seasonal ingredients, and Mexican roots with Mediterranean and Puglian influences. He has worked on projects in Mexico and Italy and currently collaborates with Mascienda Guadalupe on La Lupita’s culinary concept.
All dishes are made from ancient clay to foster a connection to the earth.
We offer a farm-to-table experience, harvesting our own products on-site.
Imported Mexican ingredients
Meals are accompanied by cold-pressed Olio Traiana olive oil.
