Reservation Policies
To secure the reservation, a 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
We accept credit card payments and bank transfers.
Children
Children of all ages are accepted. Additional charges apply for extra beds when staying in the room with parents.
Tourist tax
2,00 Euro per person per night, up to 5 days.

Cleaning & Linen
Cleaning and towel changes are done daily.
Sheets are changed every three days.
For an additional €35/day, you can have your sheets changed daily.

We kindly ask you not to consume food brought from outside in the common areas or by the pool.

Pets are accepted for an additional charge of €60 per day, per pet.

Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, the balance (if already paid) will be refunded.
If cancelled within 30 days before arrival or in case of no-show, no refund will be given.
